Password Protection In EverWeb: How To Password Protect Your Website
March 25th, 2014EverWeb now allows users to password protect their website, or different parts of their website. This allows EverWeb users to create members only sections of their website, or keep their entire site private so only those who have a username and password can access it. Multiple usernames and passwords can be created.
This feature can only be used when publishing to an EverWeb + Hosting account. If you are using the EverWeb Standalone version and would like to upgrade to the EverWeb + Hosting version, please send us an email to let us know.
The video tutorial below will show you how to easily add password protection to your entire site, or to certain sections of your website.
As the video will demonstrate, password protection must be added to a web page that is a Directory and not just a normal page.
